Ingredients
Til (white sesame seeds) | 1 cup |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 1/4 cup |
Method
- Roast sesame seeds lightly in a pan.
- Turn off the heat when they start to change the color (brown).
- Cool it down and grind with olive oil to a smooth paste.
- Tahini is ready. It goes well with Falafel.
- This can be saved in refrigerator for 2-3 months.
