Ingredients
Dahi/Curd/Yogurt | 1 cup |
Boondi | 1/2 cup |
Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Ground and roasted Cumin seeds (jeera) | 1/8 tsp |
Red chilli powder (lal mirch) | 1/8 tsp |
Method
- Soak boondi in cold water for half an hour.
- Whisk yogurt so that there are no lumps.
- Squeeze out the water from boondi gently. Add boondi to the yogurt. Take care to not to mash boondi.
- Mix everything together and serve.
- Goes well with Potato Curry, Kathal and Kachodi.
