Ingredients
Sour raw mangoes | 2 |
Sugar | 4 tbsp |
Black salt | 1/2 tsp |
Plain salt | 1/2 tsp |
Ground roasted cumin seeds powder | 1/2 tsp |
Black pepper powder | 1/2 tsp |
Dried mint leaves powder or paste of fresh mint leaves | 1/2 tsp |
Water | 1 litre |
Method
- Wash and boil the whole mangoes till they are soft (about 15 minutes). Peel them after they cool off. Discard the peels.
- Squeeze the pulp and strain it through the sieve in a mixing bowl. Discard the stone.
- Add water and all the dry ingredients and mix well. Aam Ka Panna is ready.
- Serve it chilled.

- For best taste, make sure that the mangoes are sour.
